Delivery Timeframes

• Once handed over to the courier, orders within UAE will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
• Once handed over to the courier, orders to Saudi Arabia (KSA) will be delivered within 4-7 working days.

Shipping Process

• After your order has been shipped, the courier will contact you for delivery.
• If the courier is unable to reach you after 2-3 attempts, the shipment will be held at the courier’s office for 24 hours.
• If the customer fails to collect the shipment within this period, the package will be destroyed, and no refunds will be issued.

Customs Fees & Duties

• We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes—these charges must be paid by the customer.
• If a package is held by customs, the customer must handle all necessary payments and documentation.

Shipping Costs

• Delivery prices are subject to change based on courier rates and external factors.
• We are not responsible for any changes in shipping costs at the time of placing an order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must still be attached.
• The item must not have any damage, stains, or signs of use.
• A AED 25 courier fee must be paid by the customer for the exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or any other personal preference.

Refunds are only available if:

• You received the wrong item, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it using the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
