We carefully check every product before it is shipped to make sure it is in good condition. Please check your order details (size, color, and quantity) before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must still be attached.
• The item must not have any damage, stains, or signs of use.
• A AED 25 courier fee must be paid by the customer for the exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or any other personal preference.

Refunds are only available if:

• You received the wrong item, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it using the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Final Decision

All exchange and refund requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve or reject a request based on the condition of the returned item and whether it meets this policy.
